The Best of Caucasus Marketing Team
Hello! My husband and I are excited to be visiting all three Caucasus countries this June. I have run into a transportation problem, and I have been unable to find out why it’s happening. I wondered if you have an explanation. I know there are lots of ways to get from Yerevan to Baku (none of them direct), but because we are on a schedule, flying is the most expedient for us. We planned to fly Georgian Airways from Yerevan to Tbilisi and then switch to Azerbaijani Airlines to get from Tbilisi to Baku. Trouble is, I’ve been waiting for months for Georgian Airways to permit bookings on that route in June. Currently, you can only book it until the end of March and then… nothing. All the other destinations Georgian Airways flies to allow bookings through September 2025. I’ve searched all over the internet trying to find out if the route is temporarily or permanently suspended for some reason, but I can’t find anything. Do you know what’s going on? I’m beginning to get worried. Many thanks for any help you can give.
