UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2023 in Georgia

UEFA European Under-21 Championship 2023 is a biennial international youth football competition. The tournament is organized by UEFA for the European under-21 national teams. A total of 16 male teams will compete in the finals, and only players born on or after January 1, 2000 will be eligible.

The competition is jointly organized by Romania and Georgia. Romania will host the opener, while Georgia will host the final. Romania also hosted the 1998 UEFA European Under-21 Championship.

We are offering all football lovers to visit Georgia and besides watching plays enjoy spectacular landscapes, ancient culture and genuine hospitality of locals. We have designed the tour programme taking account Group C football matches (England, Czechia, Germany and Israel). The matches will take place in Batumi (a seaside resort) and Kutaisi (the second largest city in the country).

How to get to Georgia

The full England team will have a match in Manchester on the evening of Mon 19 June. We hope that many fans will follow the U-21 team and travel to Georgia. There is a fight from Manchester to Batumi on 20 June with Turkish Airlines departing at 10:45 and landing at 20:45 in Batumi (a stopover in Istanbul). Alternatively you can travel to the Georgian capital Tbilisi and travel to Batumi by train (journey time 5 hours 30 minutes).
