The borders with all destinations where we operate our tours are open and there are no travel restrictions. All dates published on our website are guaranteed and we are not cancelling any tours in 2022.
We understand that some customers are still hesitating to travel in 2022 and wish to postpone their reservation to 2023. In this case, we will not apply any cancellation charges but will follow our rebooking policy detailed below.
Rebooking policy
If you have a reservation for 2022 but do not wish to travel in 2022 and would like to postpone your trip to 2023, the following terms and conditions will apply:
- All discounts (offers, discounts for changing a tour) confirmed in your 2022 reservation will be cancelled.
- If your 2022 reservation does not include any discounts, an administration charge of £100 will be added to your new booking.
- Your 2023 booking will be reconfirmed according to the actual tour price valid in 2023 (we expect a small increase in prices in 2023, approximately 5%, final prices for 2023 will be reconfirmed in September 2022).
- If you decide not to travel, your reservation will be cancelled, you will lose your deposit as per our booking conditions.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend arranging a travel insurance, it may provide cancellation cover should you decide not to travel.
